Many of us keep so much locked inside of us. We hide how we are feeling from others.
Often, we hide how we are feeling from ourselves.
Finding a safe space to give voice to how we really feel is so healing (even if it’s voicing it to our pets!)
Sharing how we feel doesn’t mean we have to solve everything. Simply revealing the truth is so healing in itself.
