Peggy is an incredible volunteer, who has been with us for over 40 years! Fiercely independent, Peggy volunteers Thursdays and Saturdays in the Oxfam shop in Ilkley. She says: “I never feel too old to be doing things. The friendship of the people here, that’s kept me going so long.”

Today marks the start of many happy returns for Peggy as she celebrates her 100th birthday with her family. Congratulations, Peggy, and thank you for all your years of dedication, friendship, and passion for fighting poverty.
