June 6, 2016 Vice President of the United States, Joe Biden, made a surprise visit to the 10th annual gala for the American Institute for Stuttering. He spoke from the heart about his personal experiences with the speech disorder and encouraged people to never laugh at someone for stuttering. Bruce Willis and Aaron Graff were the honorees for the evening, and Clarence Page was master of ceremonies.
