I searched everywhere to find a thumb throttle conversion to buy but no one sells them. I decided to put together one myself.

This modification should work on Vsett 8, 8+, 9 and 9+ also.

This video shows how I converted my Vsett 10+ to thumb throttle. I never really could get used to the finger pull throttle on these scooters. The video is a bit long as this is my first time trying and ran into some unexpected behavior where I had to devise a work around. Overall, I am very happy with the thumb throttle and will be keeping it this way. I may try testing a twist throttle in the future.

Warning:
This video demonstrate that converting to thumb throttle is possible. The modification requires some soldering skills and technical knowledge of the electronic components and the correct method for handing these electro static sensitive components.
