Tobias MK1 was built in 1976 with an original swallowtail the ultimative goal in the MK1 scene. 55.000 km with the original engine that he swapped to an 1.8 16V KR engine of a Scirocco MK2 16V from 1986. The car still has its original paint in Senegalred and was delivered in germany to its first owner. Tobias bought the car from the second owner and added just 100% historical tuning. All parts got a brandnew powdercoating, chrome or galvanize. Original Pepita Pilotseats, a Scirocco TS steeringwheel, GTI gear knob and Golf S door panel without armrests are just some of the rare bits.

The 16V engine got the cylinder head planned, the block honed and measured. Air comes through 45mm double weaver carburetor with a selfmade actuation and an dbilas intake manifold. All together was got a setup by KFZ Brügge and an output of 172 hp, 179 Nm and 7400 rpm. The exhaust system is homemade with a stainless steel elbow 4 in 1
middle silencer and Powersprint rear silencer connected with only 2 V band clamps.
