Setting timing in older VW; works on Citi golf too. No timing light required!

This procedure will be similar for other VW's from 19841993.

Parts required:
Distributor Oring 027905261

Multimeter https://amzn.to/3jWA5aE

Torque specs:
Distributor hold down clamp bolt: 18ft/lbs or 25nm
