Yotsukado Hanten, located in Tachikawa City, Tokyo, has been in business for 96 years and is a very popular restaurant that has been loved by locals for a long time and always has long lines of customers. It is said that 7,000 to 10,000 gyoza dumplings are wrapped on the same day rather than premade, and on busy days it can reach 15,000 pieces.
