This a short film about people that got a dog, but after it grew up, they never paid attention to him. Each day they would come back late from work and then close the doors behind them, so the dog would spend his life waiting for them to get back.

For a long time now, I’ve been wanting to do a short animated film, but I wasn’t sure if I would be able to finish it once I would try to start, as I did a few times. At the same time, I wanted to try working on something more serious. I wanted to do something not too complicated first, to see if I would be capable of even finishing it, and the fact that I did made me feel like I am capable of doing something more complex. I am not specifically happy with the result, but I am very happy that I finished it.

Soon it will be 9 months since I started working on this project, which was a lot more than I was expecting. Being 16 and trying to manage this and my results at school as well was quite a challenge and in the middle of working on this I had to take a few months break because of exams and the want to also try other things.
Because I am pissed with copyright, I made the silly music myself, sorry if it doesn’t sound very professional, but I feel like it is not that horrible, as it fits the animation, or at least I think so.
Looking at it now, even if it took so long and it differs from my expectations, I feel happy about it. And at the same time, I am happy that I have it over with.
It was a little painful but useful experience that I learned from. I feel good about it though, I hope that you will like it!
