4⃣ Learn to see your body as a field of awareness practice body awareness, yoga, nidra and Interoception.

5⃣ Be immune to criticism but responsive to feedback.

6⃣ Be a silent witness or a nonjudge, mental spectator to your internal dialog and their entangled emotions and perceptions and images.

7⃣ Observe eye movements , facial expressions , tone of voice , gestures , posture and body language yours and others they reveal the inner world.

8⃣ Shift perspectives first person second person and third person.

9⃣ Understand mind body proclivities Myers Briggs Gallup Strength Finders SWOT analysis strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats; Ayurvedic body types Vata Pitta Kapha etc

1⃣0⃣ Practice Self Inquiry, Metacognitiion and direct inquiry into nature of reality.

1⃣1⃣ Cultivate witnessing awareness in sleep yoga, nidra, recapitulation and dream awareness.

1⃣2⃣ Transcend all thought and experience (mantra).
