Scone Recipe,
Cutter 6cm diameter for 8 scones
Flour 320g
Baking power Tablespoon 1 or 1.5
Sugar 40g
Pinch of Salt
Butter 80g
Milk 200ml including 1 egg
If you rest a dough, it'll rise even more
You can use egg to coat scones instead of milk
