Walking in the Left AIC Right BC Pattern

Follow
Neal Hallinan

The signs of "patterned walking" is obvious once you know what to look for. The Left AIC Right BC pattern holds an individual's bodyweight to the right. When a body can not shift to the left completely, it is no longer true human walking that the brain can recognize as "normal". This lack of normal walking eventually becomes a problem as the body has to compensate by twisting in order to walk straight.

Please note, this is quite generic and not sufficient for everybody!
