War of The Worlds Game is an indie game I've been developing for a little under a year based off the 2005 Steven Spielberg motion picture. It's a hardcore horror open world survival game which throws the player into the middle of the extermination of mankind with the sole purpose of surviving long enough to find a way to bring down the alien machines. Loot buildings, fight off hostile survivors, stay hidden from the machines, and stay alive. Explore the landscape with a wide variety of different environments and buildings with different resources to scavenge. How long will you survive?

Until I can get rights or permissions from Paramount Pictures to sell or distribute this project freely, I will be giving my patrons on my Patreon:   / flipswitchgames   exclusive early access to the game this Summer. Patrons also have access to exclusive screenshots, gameplay clips, and development livestreams. The game is more than halfway done and will be ready for patrons to test in the next couple of months however I can't provide an accurate estimate as of now. Anyone who becomes a patron helps fund the development of the game as I've been funding it with my own pockets as a passion project.
