In this video I just show how it's done. With a mage as AOE and a better geared prot paladin, you can pull the entire dungeon as I did in the lower levels. But this it how it's done. Follow the steps below and enjoy fast leveling on alts. Peace

Have 2 lvl 70'es in your party and the one you wanna boost.

Step 1: The tagger (Prot paladin) grabs all the mobs and concecrate them down to around 1020% hp

Step 2: Kick the AOE'er (Priest) from the group

Step 3: The tagger (Paladin) must leave the instance on foot, walking out of the door

Step 4: The AOE'er have 1 min to kill all the mobs

Step 5: Reinvite the AOE'er when mobs are dead to prevent TP out of dungeon

Step 6: Loot on the one you boost.

Step 7: Reset instance and do it again

With this metod you will get 100% EXP from all the mobs. It's the fastest way to level.
