Major hurricane Beryl is on land about to go back into the Gulf of Mexico. The shear will only affect this tropical wave, hurricane, halfway through the gulf, then the storm will make a northern turn and intensify by the Texas coast. Brownsville all the way to DFW towards Arkansas should be on alert.
