I started at 198lbs, now am at 166lbs on day 21 of the water fast (including the 6 day preparation of fruit and juices). My 21 day water fast is now over, I prepared for 1 week before the fast, eating only fruits and veggies and then only drinking home made juice. I will be posting a daily update on my water fast and all the changes my body is going through.
