Painting watercolor dragonflies comes with the challenge of their wings, let me give you some top tips for them.

Of course, you can use these tips for the transparent wings on any insect. I start off the video trying out a couple of different methods, and I would strongly recommend that you practise with them first. Achieving the fine lines needed for the wings is very difficult and will make or break your painting. It is definitely worth going through the process on some scrap watercolor paper first.
