The latest to join the ranks of our portfolio is Water’s Edge, a project named after the beautiful views surrounding the home.

In conjunction with Killowen Construction, the sprawling, 20,000+ square foot custom home was built as our client’s vacation home where they can host family and friends (with dreams of future grandkids’ wedding there!) comfortably in the eight bedrooms (two are bunk rooms), nine bathrooms, and four powder baths.

The clients wanted a cozy, Cotswolds feel in the home, which was the first challenge for Shea and the design team as making 20,000+ square feet feel cozy requires precision and lots of layers and textures. Watch as Shea guides us through how she brought the cozy Cotswolds to Northern Utah in the webisode below and keep an eye out in the coming days for deep dives into the key spaces of the home and the design details that make them special.
