WBFF Bodybuilder Pro Michael Walding behind the scenes photo shoot. Michael is a good friend of mine and came to Michigan to work days after winning his pro card. He looked crazy muscles were full and conditioning was on point. No interview with this one, just him training and flexing a little bit. I would think of this as a motivational video.
