Check the end. Crowns/Tiaras mean that song is cleared. I just 100%ed this bitch today! XD I've NEVER bothered to 100% ANYTHING before, but We Cheer? Oh it gets 100%ed. I also just imported it's Japanese counterpart, Happy Dance Collection (We Cheer is actually better, despite my love of JPop!).

Also, check the background. Notice the PacMan balloons? :D Yeah, on Hard Mode the stages switch to a night variation and sometimes have a PacMan cameo (I noticed one in the Basketball stage on the sign and a Namco Bandai logo in the Toy Park stage).
