Our next adventure in Lapland, Finland takes us to the Arctic Circle where we had the opportunity to meet Santa Claus! This was such a fun time because it is so rare for anyone to even be in the Arctic Circle, but we had the chance to travel to Santa Claus village that was built directly on top of this landmark. The day was far below freezing cold, so we made the most of our time while the sun was out, which was only for a few hours in the middle of the day.

Rovaniemi is the perfect place to spend the winter because the entire city is set up perfectly for guests to experience the winter wonderland that is Finnish Lapland. We wouldn't want to experience any other place this Christmas. Even though we spent time hiding in gift shops to stay warm, we loved every second of our time at Santa Claus Village.
