Exploring Positano has been on our bucket list for years, and this year we made it happen! We’ve been traveling across Italy, learning from Airbnb hosts in Rome, hotels in Florence, Tuscany, and now the stunning Positano on the Amalfi Coast.

Our adventure started with a scenic journey from Florence to Salerno, followed by a boat ferry to Positano. The views were breathtaking, and our charming Airbnb, Casa Claudious, offered an incredible Mediterranean Sea vista. Dining at Il Fornillo, a local favorite recommended by our host, was magical. We also visited the TikTok/Instagramfamous Arienzo Beach Club, enjoying a day of luxury and a delicious lunch.

A highlight was our day trip to Pompeii, where a private tour deepened our understanding of Roman history. Back in Positano, we indulged in gelato, shopped at the stylish CB by Kore Positano, and enjoyed a delightful lunch at Ristorante Mediterraneo Positano, followed by cocktails at L'Incanto Ocean Bar.

Our four days in Positano were filled with history, relaxation, and adventure, creating unforgettable memories. We can't wait to bring these insights back to our Airbnb in Joshua Tree and continue learning from hosts worldwide. Stay tuned for more 'From Host to Guest' adventures!
