You have already seen the Bering 60 CATAMARAN announcement video, and now we have the real thing – a keel laying ceremony for Bering Yachts’ first catamaran, which took place at the company's Antalya shipyard! The owners have started a new era in Bering’s history by welding the coin into the keel. The fullsize aluminum catamarans will be fulfilling a void of oceanexploring multihull vessels many customers have enquired about.

The owners have chosen a modification with the enclosed flybridge and four cabins: one extralarge master bedroom, two guest staterooms, and one crew. BC60 will be 18.9meter long with an 8.6meter beam, and 62.8 tons of displacement. Her cruise speeds will be between 12 and 13 knots, with 15 knots at maximum. Capable of ocean travel due to her 3,000mile range, she will have a 1.4meter draft, which will allow her to easier navigate shallower waters.
