The Dharwad plant manufactures a range of crucial components, including Air Filters, Fuel Filters, Fuel Water Separators, Lube Filters, Crankcase Ventilation Modules, Hydraulic Filters, and Fuel Water Separators. These products are made in ten dedicated manufacturing lines.
Niranjan Kirloskar, Managing Director, FFPL, says the company has over 100 plus OEMs as customers in India from across industries. "We have been updating our technology whenever the standards change or OEMs make demands. In addition to cuttingedge technology, we believe more in application engineering, as every customer has different requirements."
"We do not ask any of our customers either OEMs or OES or aftermarket distribution channels, for forecasts or schedules. We work on a philosophy named as 'Theory of Constraints' of Dr Eliyahu M Goldratt," and manage the market volatility, he adds.
