We set out to find our perfect Stabicraft boat to support our next chapter in life out on the water. Camping and cooking what we catch in the remote and amazing waters of Australia. While we are still here in the USA, it was good to get a preview of these boats so we can get a head start in Australia, which is our next life destination.

One option we could not see in the USA was the Stabicraft 2100, so that remains on our list as an option, but we will have to be in Australia to see one.

The 2250 Ultra Centre Cab (UCC) is definitely the favorite though, so we are hoping to pick one up in the not too distant future and start a whole new life and new content coming to the channel, so stay tuned.

Stabicraft makes an absolutely incredible product, and we can't wait to own one.
