Don't suffer in silence! Depression can be conquered & WILL be conquered. But we have to stick together with it. This was a very difficult video to make. I do talk WAY too much, but i wanted to try and leave it as raw as possible. The less i adjusted it the better.
I hope someone somewhere takes something away from this video.
