Here you can view the restoration of the website through the Hostinger control panel
Open your control panel search for website importer and upload the backup.tar.gz and press import. It will restore your website within minutes.
The drawback is they only support for 256MB file upload. You can opt other methods like plugin restore or via file manager upload and extract the files in the root folder user.
