Well, I did it, I finally tried out my New Balance SC Elite v4s... and they gave me blisters on my heels IMMEDIATELY. This has never happened to me before and it definitely threw me for a loop. Watch to see what happens!!

Andddddd we did our first 16 mile run of the block on Sunday which was a challenge, but so very fulfilling to get it done solo!

Here's what the whole week looked like:
Monday: rest
Tuesday: threshold workout
Wednesday: 3 miles
Thursday: 6 miles
Friday: 5 miles
Saturday: rest
Sunday: 16 miles

Finished at around 35.5 miles for the week!!
