For todays Weekday Wellness, we talk health goals for this week and I go over the 5 things I'm doing to prepare to return to work after my extended medical leave.

I am documenting my journey through cervical cancer and how I am trying to regain wellness on the other side both mentally and physically and the transformation I will hopefully take in the next year to a healthier, fitter, happier, me!
