Weekend at Bernie’s stars Terry Kiser, Andrew McCarthy, and Jonathan Silverman gave a panel at Nickel City Comic Con Oct 2024 to talk about the film, their experiences, and answer fan questions.

Terry Kiser played Bernie in Weekend at Bernie’s and the sequel, though much of the film he actually had to go limp. He’s also known for many other roles, including Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood, The Six Million Dollar Man, Fall Guy, Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, Walker Texas Ranger, Good Company, Night Court, Knight Rider, Three’s Company and so many more.

Andrew McCarthy portrayed Larry Wilson in Weekend at Bernie’s and the sequel and is also known for his roles in Pretty in Pink, The Resident, The Family, Mannequin, Class, St. Elmo’s Fire, Less Than Zero, The Joy Luck Club, Kingdom Hospital, Lipstick Jungle, Grace Point, Good Girls, ERing, Monk, and many more. He is also very active as a director, having directed 25 episodes of The Blacklist, 15 episodes of Orange Is the New Black, and many more episodes of series such as Lipstick Jungle, White Collar, Gossip Girl, Alpha House, Nightflyers, Condor, and more.

Jonathan Silverman was Richard Parker in Weekend at Bernie’s and the sequel. He is also known for Another Dirty Movie, Brighton Beach Memoirs, 12:01, Moonshine, Goosebumps, Good Girls, No Good Nick, Salvation, Significant Mother, Getting On, Monday Mornings, Free for All, and many more.
