At the end of June, I hiked with a group of Mountaineers to 5milecamp on the Duckabush River in the Olympic National Forest. We started out sunny, but being the PNW, rain began to fall. But that didn't dampen our spirits or our sense of adventure.

The Duckabush River runs through the ancestral lands of the S'Klallam, Suquamish, and Twana/Skokomish peoples.
