This past weekend we hiked the Ridgeline Trail between Kings Mountain State Park in SC and Crowders Mountain State Park in NC. The trail started out quite easy and flat and then it started to go uphill near the end. For some reason it also seemed to never end as we were looking for the campground at Crowders.

Highly recommend this campground! Outhouses, trash bins, water spigots, firewood. Really nice for a primitive site that you have to hike into. Which I love because that means only people who really want to put in the effort will be staying there. Loved this place!
