In 1990, I founded The Path of the White Rose to create global change, one heart at a time by promoting compassion, environmental awareness and human kindness. Years ago I created this channel as a sacred healing space for Guided meditative prayers and guided meditations for all people, all beliefs, all faiths and all walks of life.

I hope to help you enrich your spirituality, and stay in mindfulness. A daily meditation practice can help you lift depression, enhance manifesting through the Law of Attraction (LOA), & help cope with stress management.
