A new channel for a newbie in home renovation/restoration. I purchased this new home in Mississippi and officially moved in on October 3rd, 2022. I planned on a kitchen renovation, just not so soon! So, due to a mold issue, I had to commit to just fully gutting the kitchen, pantry and hallway. The Subfloor was completely saturated and the joists were rotten so a fullscale replacement is underway.
