In this video we visit their Carlsbad, CA facility that builds the Titlest golf clubs, used by professionals such as Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson.

We meet with Doug Jacob, Director of Manufacturing, who explains how some of the best employees he has at the facility are people with disabilities. That’s why during the twenty years Doug has worked in manufacturing he has included people with disabilities in the workforce he uses.

Join us as we chat with Production Workers Brendon Ford and Nena Belobrdjanin, who work at Titleist through PRIDE Industries and talk about how they love having a job and the independence (and money) it brings.
