We're taking a short break from our European motorhome adventures in search of sunshine.
There's no denying the diversity of nature and overwhelming beauty of South Africa. The West Coast region usually comes alive when for a few precious weeks each year – from midAugust until endSeptember – the fields, farms, wetlands and dunes of the Western Cape burst into a magnificent riot of color as the wildflowers come into bloom.
But there's more reasons to visit than just to see the flowers and in this video we show you the stunning coastline at Jacobs Bay, the historic 'Bokkom Laan' of Velddrif and end at the kite surf hotspot of Langebaan.
