Pizzeria Carosello is owned by Salvatore, who has created a closeknit team of boys and girls who take care of every aspect of the restaurant, from order management to table service.

Daniel and Simone are the two young pizza chefs who, despite their young age, give the impression of having a long experience behind them. With great skill and attention to detail, they demonstrate that they know how to prepare pizzas, panuozzi, and farinate of the highest level, satisfying the most demanding palates.

Giorgia, Greta, and Giorgia, on the other hand, are the trio of young girls who, with their beautiful appearance, great complicity, and affability, welcome customers, manage the room impeccably, and finish pizzas and panuozzi with freshest ingredients off the grill.

The pizzeria pays particular attention to the selection of products, guaranteeing freshness every day and respecting seasonality and origin.

The dough is worked for 48 hours with care, the result of a blend of selected, genuine, and nutritious flours. Double leavening and a careful maturation process allow for a soft and digestible dough.

Cooking takes place in a brick oven at 400 degrees Celsius. The high temperature with sustained flame allows for a rich alveolation inside the rim and a crispy and tasty crust.
