A walk through boiler service on a heating oil steam boiler. This oil boiler has a Carlin EZPro Burner. The heating oil line has a GarBer Model R spin on oil filter with a TigerLoop deaerator. The heat exchanger was brushed clean due to a mild build up of carbon soot with a Lantern Fly inside. They are an invasive species that are all over North Jersey and they get everywher! The steam boiler sight glass was cleaned, along with the pig tail for the Resideo Pressuretrol. The Cycle Guard Low Water CutOff Probe was removed and cleaned. The service was finished off with a wipe done of the exterior of the steam boiler to clean off any dust or dirt.
