Post stoma surgery it can feel pretty overwhelming knowing what to eat or not eat. There is so much advice out there and everybody has a different opinion and experience. I definitely felt a hell of a lot of anxiety around food after my first surgery.

In this video I aim to share the approach and diet I followed after both my ileostomy surgeries and to also offer some advice on how to work out a diet plan which best suits you!
