CAREGIVERS and other healthcare providers can get a DIRECT PATHWAY to PERMANENT RESIDENCY within 2 years of working in CANADA. This is thru CHILD CARE PROVIDER and HOME SUPPORT WORKER Pilot Programs.
These are new and improved programs for Caregivers that was released last 2019. It is also a 5yearpilot program in which eligible caregivers and their family members can come to Canada and be Permanent Residents. You just only need to gain a qualified work experience in Canada for 24 months.

As for the family members, spouse or partner can also get an open work permit while child or children can freely study in elementary to high school in Canada.

This is also the easiest way for nurses to come to Canada and be Permanent Residents. In the span of 2 years, you must work as CHILD CARE PROVIDER or HOME SUPPORT WORKER and after you apply and get you PR, you can take NURSING EXAM and be a REGISTERED NURSE in Canada.
