PIP Requirements:
1. Must be present in the U.S. without admission or parole.
2. Continuous presence in the U.S. for at least 10 years as of June 17, 2024.
3. Legally valid marriage to a U.S. citizen as of June 17, 2024.
4. No disqualifying criminal history or threat to national security/public safety.
5. Must otherwise merit a favorable exercise of discretion.
