One of the very important things that the Consul will look for in your visa application is your deeprootedness in your country.

“Ties” or “Home ties” are the various aspects of your life that bind you to your home country. Strong ties vary from country to country, city to city, and person to person, but examples include:

What can you do to prove to the Consul that you will not work illegally in their country, violate their laws, and overstay your visa? That’s the situation that they’re trying to avoid that is why they're strict when it comes to strong ties.

Job/Career
Employment contract. COE must include: employer's full name, complete address, telephone number with area code, details regarding the position, income, employment duration
Current bank statement for the latest 6 months.
Leave permission from the employer.
Income Tax Return (ITR) form or Certificate of Income Tax deducted at the source of salary.
Certificate of employment if you're working as a freelancer and You can submit online transactions using the freelancing websites together with your Paypal Transaction or Bank History with your employer/ clients.

Business You Own
*A copy of your business license (DTI)
*Company bank statement for the latest 6 months.
*Income Tax Return (ITR).
*Barangay or Mayors' Business permit
*BIR

STUDENT
Proof of enrollment.
Approved letter of absence from your School or University or no objection letter
Copy of current school ID
TESDA enrolment certificate

Let's say you just graduate or someone having his review for the upcoming board exam, you can show your Diploma, some pictures from your graduation, or proof of enrollment with the reviewed school. Or if you already passed the exam and have your PRC ID or professional ID, you can use that.


FAMILY TIES Parents, Spouse & Kids
Birth Certificates or Marriage Certificate issued by PSA
If you have Senior Citizen parents that you're taking care of show Senior Citizen ID and medical records
Other Dependents if you have family members that your supporting Affidavits of support, Proof of relationship, and Photos


Assets
Deeds to Land, Properties/ land under your name
Title to Cars, Motor or any Vehicles You Own
Condo or apartment your own or rent
Your home; mortgage or lease agreement

Bank Accounts You can also submit Credit Card Statements but do this only when you have a good credit standing with your bank

I always suggest that you write a very detailed cover letter whenever you send your application,

It's also optional that you have these documents authenticated/apostilled by DFA.  Having ANY of these documents will already remove any doubt about you overstaying/illegally working in their country. What more if you have most of it, right? That means higher chances of visa approval!
