Today we’re going to talk about what causes cataracts. It actually has to do with a person’s pH. Let me explain.

When the adrenal gland overacts and produces too much cortisol, it can cause the release of a lot of acid through the urine. But, it may be a big mistake to alkalize the body. This is because your body is dumping a lot of its acid out through the urine, so your body is already becoming very alkaline. If you were to try to alkalize it more, you could end up with a condition called alkalosis.

When the blood is overly alkaline, you’re going to have a problem with calcium. Calcium won’t really go into the body anymore—it’s going on the tissues. For example, on the eyes as cataracts. So it’s calcium plaquing because the body is too alkaline.

Instead of treating all of the symptoms, it may be best to get to the root problem and acidify the body. You can do this by putting a little bit of lemon in your water or apple cider vinegar in your water.
