What are the changes that need to be made for the Phillies going into the 2025 season?

The Phillies collapsed for yet another season in the playoffs, this time getting eliminated in the NLDS by the Mets. They don't want to go through that for a fourth year in a row, but in order to do so, they need to make a lot of changes in the offseason.
