Typical breakfast for me as an Ileostomate.
Leftovers & eggs:
(Leftover)
fried chicken
(no skin, just batter)
turkey meatballs
sliced white
potato (no skin)
(Fresh)
scrambled eggs with Almond milk
coffee
NSA creamer & Skinny Mixes pumpkin syrup.
Great any time of day actually
As always with an ostomy, when trying something new, go small & slow. When it’s food, chew chew and chew some more. Digestion begins in the mouth!
