In a recent meditation, I received this question – What happens if a snake doesn’t shed its skin?

As I sat in reflection a rather disturbing visual of what would happen to the snake appeared in my mind.

I knew I was receiving this as guidance about my own growth.

That night I dreamt of snakes and woke to find a fresh snakeskin by my front door.

I knew I had to take this message seriously.

In a nutshell, I’ve been learning just how important it is to shed what is outdated in our lives and what happens if we stay stuck. I feel this message has come through for others in my community as well, and so have made this short video in case it is something you need to hear.
