What Happens If You Lease A Beat Then The Beat Is Sold As Exclusive?

In this video I explain what happens when an Artist makes a song with a lease beat, then the beat is sold exclusively to another artist

This is a good question I was asked by 1 of my subscribers and to cut a long story short, the lease owner should be allowed to fulfil their agreement set by the producer of the beat. The Artist who owns the exclusive does have a right to contact the lease owner if they wish to and come up with an agreement between them if necessary

This is rare, but if you find yourself in this sticky situation go back to your contract and make sure you know where you stand
