We thought there would be no better way to start off 2024 than some serious meditation time. In our journey of healing over the past 4 years we have tried many healing modalities. Each one giving us new lessons and perspectives to carry forward on our road to a better and clearer state of mind. Meditation has been one of the practices we adopted to help us on our journey! While in Austria in 2023 we met a man who described to us the Vipassana course. He explained that there are centres around the world where you can check in and spend 10+ days following a strict meditation schedule. To top the experience off he told us that the entire 10 days includes a no speaking rule! We continued to hear about these courses from people we met on our travels until finally while here in Thailand... We decided it was our turn to have the experience and find out what it's really about. This is that story...
