Have you ever thought about what would happen if you told Doctor Madison Li that Virgil managed to transform from a super mutant back into a regular human with his serum, given that they were friends at the Institute in Fallout 4? To test this, I sneaked into the abandoned wing of the Institute and took the serum, which I immediately gave to Virgil. Following his advice, I waited a couple of days, then returned to the cave where he awaited me in human form, in high spirits. He handed me a note that I was supposed to deliver to Madison Li, and so I did.
