In this video I put oobleck in a vacuum chamber. I have had a lot of requests to do this one. I talk about what a nonNewtonian fluid is and how it's not really that rare. Without a vacuum chamber I doubt that you would be able to ever see oobleck boil since it is a thickener for foods once it gets to boiling temperatures. Then at the end I show that I think the fluid flows slower under a vacuum when it is boiling than when it is not under vacuum.
