I had multiple issues/faults with my launch day Playstation 5, the worst was the noise it would make. The disk drive was always really loud. I did some research and at first I thought it was coil whine/whir, which sony doesn't consider a fault. (Apparently some PS5s are super loud and some aren't). But after releasing my review video (see below) many of you left comments saying that the sound is my disc drive, not coil whine, and I should send it back to Sony. And so it began...

This was quite the journey, it took forever, and just when I thought it was over, it wasn't! But here's my experience of returning my PS5 to Sony.
